2. Do you offer medical advice?
Yes. Faithwell offers guidance through a GMC-registered resident GP, who is available for non-urgent wellness and self-care consultations. This ensures that your questions are handled with care and clinical responsibility.

3. Are your lip balms safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our lip balms are made using nourishing natural ingredients such as cold-pressed oils, beeswax, and plant butters. We avoid artificial fragrances and synthetic preservatives to keep our formulas as gentle as possible.
If you have allergies or highly sensitive skin, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list and patch-testing before use.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from the UK. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK due to product category restrictions and customs limitations. We’re exploring safe ways to expand internationally in the future.

What’s your returns policy?
Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
